How to Start a Return/Exchange/Repair

 

 

 


Return/Exchange/Repair Period

 

Return

 

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund.

 

 

Exchange

 

For optical transceivers, DACs and AOCs, you can exchange them within 90 days of receiving them. 

For fiber optical cables, you can exchange them within 30 days of receiving them.

 

 

Repair

 

For optical transceivers, DACs and AOCs, you're eligible for free repair service within 3 years of receiving them.

For fiber optical cables, you're eligible for free repair service within 90 days of receiving them.

 

Note:

Customized fiber optical cables don't support return/exchange/repair.

Return/Exchange/Repair Shipping Cost

 

Return/Exchange

 

QSFPTEK will cover all the return/exchange shipping costs if you've received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged. For return isn't a result of a QSFPTEK error, the cost of return/exchange shipping should be paid by yourself.

 

Repair

 

QSFPTEK provides a free repair service within a warranty period, but the repair shipping cost will be paid by yourself.

 


FAQs

 

How soon will I get my refund?

 

Refund is processed 1 to 5 business days after we receive your returned item(s). The money refunded will be returned to the original payment method. The time you receive the refund depends on your bank.

 

Will I get a full refund?

 

If the return is due to a result of a QSFPTEK error (wrong or defective item), you're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs. Otherwise, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Where should I send my returns?

 

Once you submit your request for return, we will send you the return address via email.

 

When will my exchange items be sent?

 

If the replacement units are in stock, they will be shipped within 3 business days. 

If the replacement units are out of stock, your account manager will inform you once it is shipped.
