The Generic compatible 200G QSFP56 to 2 x 100G QSFP28 breakout AOC provides connectivity between system units with a 200Gb/s QSFP56 connector on one side and two separate 100Gb/s QSFP28 connectors on the other. Its typical application scenario is linking a switch to two switches or servers. The 200G active optical breakout splitter cable is a high-speed, cost-effective and power-efficient alternative to 200Gb/s and 100Gb/s fiber optics.
The QSFP56 and QSFP28 respectively operate at data rates of up to 53.125Gbps per channel by PAM4 modulation and 25.78Gbps per channel with FEC.It is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3cd-100GAUI-2, IEEE802.3bm-CAUI-4, IEEE 802.3cd, SFF-8661, SFP-8636, SFF-8636 standards.
