Solutions
For Challenge 1
To meet NIST's high reliability, performance, and adaptability requirements, the QSFPTEK team worked closely with NIST to understand their specific requirements and recommended the 100GBASE-ZR4 modules. These optical transceiver modules are designed with duplex LC connectors, reaching a link up to 80km over single-mode fiber. These modules have been rigorously tested to ensure the quality of the products delivered to customers.
For Challenge 2
QSFPTEK understands the importance of providing modules compatible with their existing facilities. To this end, QSFPTEK simulated NIST's complex laboratory facilities and optical networks in its specialized in-house laboratory, testing the optical modules required by NIST to ensure they worked well together and conformed to the standard. This compatibility ensures that NIST's research is uninterrupted and experiments are practical.
For Challenge 3
The customer urgently needs a 100G optical module to complete the new experiment, and a delay in product delivery will seriously affect their progress. QSFPTEK's 100G modules use self-developed and automated production technology to ensure stable delivery. In addition, QSFPTEK has four warehouses worldwide (USA, Poland, Hong Kong, and Singapore) and a sufficient stock of 100G optical modules, which can achieve fast delivery and better meet customer delivery requirements.
