    The MPO-16 multimode MPO to LC breakout cable converts an MPO connector to 8x LC duplex connectors, providing a cost-effective high-density cabling solution for scenarios where rack space saving and cable management is in concern. This 16 fibers MPO to 8 LC OM4 breakout cable is typically used for patching within a cabinet in data centers applications. It is specially optimized for 400G QSFP-DD SR8 to 50G SFP56 SR interconnect, which allow legacy network smoothly migration to 400G. The 16 fiber MPO-LC harness OM4 cable supports up to 400G data transfer and meet future-proof network requirements.

      The fiber optic cable needs to clean the end face, similar to the module, if the dust on the end face is not cleaned in time, it will affect the signal transmission and equipment performance.
    • What's the different between LSZH and PVC?
      LSZH cables generate less smoke and toxic gases during combustion, while PVC cables release toxic smoke and acidic gases when burned.
    • How many times can I mate/demate the MTP connector and still maintain good performance?
      If the connector is always in a suitable operating environment and properly cleaned, it can still maintain the best performance after 1000 times of mate and demate.
