The 64-channel DWDM MUX DEMUX operates at a frequency of 75GHz, which conforms to the ITU-T G.694.1 100GHZ grid and optimizes the C-band range's capacity. Its wavelength ranges from 1528.68nm-1566.42nm. This device is entirely passive and boasts low insertion loss, with the wavelength ports exhibiting a level of less than 5.5 dB. It can accommodate up to 400G x 64ch business in DWDM transfer systems.

Use DWDM Mux Demux for Multiple 40G DWDM Network up to 40KM
The 64-channel ports (CH1 to CH64) are designed for DWDM traffic. The monitor port (MON) is designed for monitoring either network links or power, enabling easy diagnostics without disrupting traffic.
The DWDM Mux Demux essentially combines multiplexing (Mux) and demultiplexing (Demux) functions. At the transmitting end, the Mux combines optical signals of different wavelengths into the same fiber for transmission; at the receiving end, the Demux separates these mixed multi-wavelength signals and restores them to their individual channels. The overall process is one of "merging" at one end and "demultiplexing" at the other, corresponding to each other.
WDM technology enables diverse data transmissions over a single fiber, reducing the need for multiple dedicated fibers per service.
