Generic Compatible 400GBASE-DR4 SiPh QSFP-DD PAM4 Silicon Photonics Optical Transceiver Module (SMF, 1310nm, 500m, MPO-12/APC, 0°C to 70°C, DDM)

 

The 400GBASE-DR4 QSFP-DD Silicon Photonics (SiPh) transceiver module supports a max data rate of 425Gbps up to 500m over single-mode fiber (SMF) with an MPO-12 APC connector. QSFPTEK manufactured  400G DR4 QSFP-DD SiPh module complies with QSFP-DD MSA, CMIS, 802.3bs 400GBASE-DR4, 8x 53.125Gbit/s PAM4 electrical interface (400GAUI-8), 4x 106.25Gbps (53.125GBd PAM4) optical architecture and RoHS. DDM (digital diagnostics monitoring) function is supported on the 400G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. The 400G DR4 Silicon Photonics QSFP-DD is widely used for 400 gigabit Ethernet, 400G to 4x 100GBASE-DR breakout, and data center interconnect. 

 

SiPh transceiver modules integrate key photonics  and functionality components into the SiPh chip, meeting the harshest external operating conditions including temperature, humidity and EMI interference of the latest network architectures in data centers. The SiPh module provides high functionality and feature integration, accessible via a two-wire serial interface.
