NVIDIA/Mellanox MMA4Z00-NS Compatible 800G OSFP SR8 (2x400G SR4) transceiver module supports a max data rate of 850Gbps. It enables the fiber link of 50m over multi-mode fiber (MMF) with dual MPO-12 APC connectors. QSFPTEK manufactured 800GBASE-SR8 (2x 400GBASE SR4) OSFP complies with IEEE 802.3-2022 8x100GBASE-VR1 optical interface, IEEE 802.3ck-2022 8x100GAUI-1 C2M electrical interface, OSFP MSA Specification Rev 5.0 Type 2, CMIS Rev 5.0.
DDM (digital diagnostics monitoring) function is supported on the 800G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. Adopting the Pulse-amplitude Modulation (PAM4) modulation, the SR8 OSFP achieves 800 Gigabit Ethernet through 8x 106.25 PAM4. The 800G SR8 OSFP supports Infiniband (IB) and Ethernet (ETH) protocols. With an open finned top design, the OSFP-IHS is used in Quantum-2 InfiniBand and Spectrum-4 Ethernet air-cooled switches to switches, ConnectX-7 and BlueField-3 DPUs. QSFPTEK NVIDIA InfiniBand compatible optics are 100% tested in NVIDIA InfiniBand host devices, ideal for InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems
