NVIDIA/Mellanox MMS4X00-NS-FLT (980-9I30I-00NM00) compatible 800G DR8 (2x400G DR4) OSFP is an Infiniband and Ethernet twin-port transceiver module with dual MPO-12 APC connectors at 400Gb/s each. It enables the fiber link of 100m at 2x400Gb/s over single-mode fiber (SMF). With the Pulse-amplitude Modulation (PAM4) modulation, the 2xDR4 OSFP adopts 8-channels of 100G-PAM4 electrical modulation and two ports of 4-channel 100G-PAM4 optical Parallel modulation.

 

With a flat top design, the OSFP-RHS is offered for Liquid-cooled systems and DGX H100 Cedar7 systems links. Its main application is to link the DGX H100 “Viking” CPU chassis to Cedar-7 complex to switches together up to 100 meters. QSFPTEK NVIDIA InfiniBand compatible optics are 100% tested in NVIDIA InfiniBand host devices, ideal for InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems.
