The Cisco SFP-10G-SR compatible SFP+ optical transceiver with an LC duplex connector reaches a link up to 300m over OM3/OM4. It is verified to interoperate with original Cisco switches, ranging from enterprise access switches (such as Catalyst 2960/3850 series) to data center core switches (such as Nexus 9000/7000 series). The 10GBASE-SR SFP+s can be used to migrate to 40G QSFP+ applications via MTP/MPO-8 to 4xLC duplex OM3/OM4 breakout cables. QSFPTEK manufactured 10GBASE-SR SFP+ transceiver module is compliant with SFP+ MSA, IEEE 802.3ae, SFF-8472. Besides, DDM (digital diagnostics monitoring) function is supported on the 10G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. This 10G SFP+ transceiver caters for data center, campus network, the enterprise core layer and distribution layer, etc.

I bought this product for a client installation but later received Cisco-branded SFPs from their IT department. We replaced the original SFPs with the Cisco ones on one fiber pair and used the original ones on the other fiber pair. Surprisingly, the performance was the same on both pairs.
