The Cisco QSFP-100G-PSM4-S compatible optical transceiver module is designed with MTP/MPO-12 male connectors, reaching a link up to 500m over OS2 single-mode fiber (SMF). QSFPTEK manufactured 100GBASE-PSM4 QSFP28 transceiver module is compliant with IEEE 802.3bm, QSFP28 MSA standard. Besides, DDM (digital diagnostics monitoring) function is supported on the 100G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. With these features, this 100G QSFP28 transceiver is widely applied in data centers, campus networks, enterprise core layers, etc.

This is a great deal for high-speed 500-meter connections. It worked perfectly with MPO-12 cabling, and integration was a breeze. The only drawback is that it needs parallel fiber infrastructure, which adds to cabling costs if it's not already in place. It's a solid choice for short-range data center links, and it won't break the bank.

Man, their product page for this QSFP-100G-PSM4-S module was super clear and detailed. After checking out the connectivity solution, I went ahead and bought that PSM4 module. I also grabbed MPO breakout cables and 25G SR modules to go with it. One thing I noticed though – their page only really pushed the MTP cables. But sale rep. Yanny recommended me the MPO cable. Way better discount! Think it might be a new thing they just got? Anyway..., the whole buying thing was smooth as butter. And their customer service? Totally on point!
